I worked with Tim on a £2m capital bid for a new School of Games and Creative Technology. Tim led technical planning, liaised with academic teams and suppliers, and authored key sections of the OFS bid, underscoring the credibility of the proposal while highlighting how technical staff would add value to the project. He brought clarity and strategy under tight timeframes. Post-approval, Tim negotiated optimal locations and oversaw procurement and installation to deliver on time and on budget. He was a knowledgeable, thoughtful, and effective liaison throughout. I would happily work with him again on a project of this scale
